The Mission
A leader in its category, Sold By Bosa specializes in commercial & residential real estate services throughout metro Vancouver. Brett’s task was to retain the family values during the refresh, but help Sold By Bosa stand out by creating a dimensional, scalable identity. The trade name can be shortened to reflect the fact that many clients, investors and stakeholders are already familiar with the Bosa family group, while the new identity is more easily recognized as a separate entity.
The Outcome
We designed the Sold By Bosa visual identity from the ground up, capturing the companies heritage and values in a new logo and brand style guidelines. We then built a highly-effective digital presence that helps educate on the Bosa buildings and convert prospective buyers.
